Founder – From Maritime Workforce to Global Hospitality Talent
Ms. Widsawanee Sahapattanaprasert has built her professional career around international recruitment, workforce development and education. She is the founder of TSTC Thai Seafarer Recruitment Co., Ltd., established to connect Thai seafarers with international maritime employment, and Speedy Nautical School, which develops and prepares professionals for careers within the international maritime industry.
International recruitment is not simply about sending people abroad. It is about preparing people to succeed abroad.
This philosophy became the foundation of HOH International Recruitment. Having developed workforce solutions for the maritime world, she saw the opportunity to apply the same international recruitment philosophy to one of Thailand’s strongest international identities: Hospitality and Service.
HOH represents the expansion of this experience from sea-based international employment to land-based global careers.
